There will be a "no return" policy on any books unless they are damaged upon arrival. Books that are received as damaged must be reported within one week of receipt.

Contact JLLC via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 337.436.4025 to report damaged cookbooks within one week of receipt to arrange for replacement and return of the damaged merchandise.
You are required to inspect packages and report any damages within one week of receipt to FRP/CBMP via email at CustomerService@frpbooks.com or by calling 800.269.6839 or 800.358.0650. FRP/CMBP will then arrange for return and inspection of the damaged merchandise. Contact the Cookbook Committee at email@example.com to arrange for replacement of the cookbooks.
Please mark BOL if packages are damaged when received. If a package is damaged upon receipt, you can refuse the package and it will then be returned to FRP/CBMP. Contact the Cookbook Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for replacement of the cookbooks.
